We want your little aviators to love their Babiators as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn products. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, our simple process ensures your kiddo gets the perfect fit without the fuss.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original product, including all packaging and accessories, into a secure mailing box and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
